Shanghai: Yuyuan Garden

One gorgeous botanic garden.

I love these ancient covered walkways

The use of rocks in gardens and outside of buildings is very common in China. It is said to be lucky.

My sexy husband, sadly, growing his hair out in preparation for the possibility of having to fly back to NYC on short notice for a big wig meeting. Luckily, he didn't have to miss part of our China trip since the meeting was pushed back, but I sure did miss his bald head, not to mention the free-travel spirit that went along with it.

Ken meditating by the pond, as the kids climbed on the rocks. It was a rare less-than overcrowded moment of peace. Ken started meditating back in KL when our yoga teacher started teaching us her largely Tibetan style of meditation.
